Terms of use

Last updated 22 September 2026.

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of verdantmill.com ("Verdant Mill", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of verdantmill.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

Verdant Mill is intended only for users aged 18 or over. By using it you confirm you are 18 or over.

3. Virtual coins

  • Play runs on coins that are handed out free of charge.
  • A coin is worth nothing as money; it is not currency, not credit and not property.
  • Coins may not be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred between accounts, or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and there are no in-app purchases.
  • Nothing of real-world value is offered as a prize.
  • We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. No real-money gambling

Verdant Mill does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your account

  • You need a free account to play. One account per person; do not share it.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if someone else has used your account.
  • If you sign in with Google, keeping that Google account secure is your responsibility, and you confirm the 18+ requirement here in the same way.
  • The account may be deleted whenever you choose, from your account page. Deletion is instant and irreversible.
  • We may suspend an account that is used to disrupt the site or that we believe belongs to someone under 18.
  • Coins, levels and tasks sit with the account rather than belonging to you, and they may be reset.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site or run automated tools against it, do not offer coins in trade, and do not let anyone below the age limit play on your account.

7. Availability and liability

Use of the site is on an "as is" footing, and we may change or remove any part of it. A malfunction renders the plays and pays it affected void. No term here limits a liability the law refuses to let us limit, and your statutory rights are left intact.

8. Law

English and Welsh law governs these terms, and any dispute about them belongs to the courts of England and Wales.
